Mechanical Commissioning Manager -KSA-Makkah

Job Overview

-Manage and coordinate Onsite Commissioning activities up to handing over the project
-Understand all projects in depth and cooridnate with suppliers and subcontractors.
-Work in conjunction with field supervision to coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
-Complete and manage all RFI’s, reports, schedule and all needed documents to commission the mechanical systems….Ensure all projects team members are fully informed of this information
-Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
-Ensure contractual conditions of performance are met
– Develop project specific commissioning plans
– Coordinate with local utilities for project review and secure available rebates and incentives
– Develop and perform measurement and verification plans for implemented measures
– Support Business Development, Project Development, and Construction Management as needed to deliver on customer expectations
– Coordinate technical solutions with industry partners

-Proven working experience in Commissioning management
-Knowledge of mechanical systems, building products, construction details/design and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards – Strong computer skills
-Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
-Competent in conflict and crisis management
-Leadership and human resources management skills
-Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills
-Ability to work within an environment with deadlines while having to multi-task with multiple priorities.
-Expertise with Microsoft Excel and various data analysis tools
-Demonstrated ability to prepare and implement detailed commissioning plans
– Demonstrated ability to commission mechanical equipment and systems to ensure optimized operation and adherence to design intent
